IMPORTANT: ACCOUNT DELETION IS PERMANENT. ALL PROFILE DATA, RATINGS, VOUCHERS, AND ACCESS WILL BE IRREVERSIBLY REMOVED.

At RideHome, we respect your right to be forgotten. This guide outlines how you can delete your account in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore.

Method 1: In-App Deletion (Fastest)

1. Open the RideHome App.
2. Navigate to Settings > Privacy & Security.
3. Locate the "Danger Zone" at the bottom.
4. Tap Delete Account and confirm your decision.

Manual Deletion Request

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, please use the form below to initiate a manual request.

Data Retention Policy

Pursuant to Singapore’s regulatory requirements and our Privacy Policy:

  • Personal Identity: Your profile data will be removed or anonymized upon successful deletion.

  • Transactional Records: As required by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) and Land Transport Authority (LTA), certain trip history and financial records will be retained for up to 7 years for audit purposes.

  • Driver Documentation: For Drivers, identity verification records (NRIC/License) will be purged within 30 days of account closure, provided no legal disputes are pending.
